Areas – Overview🔗
The areas represent the core master data of the GRASP GRC Suite. They are shared across all apps and modules and should therefore be maintained carefully.
These include under My Organisation:
- People, Teams & Roles for organising people as well as teams & roles
- Assets for inventorying assets
- Processes for defining processes
- Dependencies to establish links between assets and processes
Additionally, there are the following areas:
- Findings & Actions as the central hub for tasks
- Document Management for policies and evidence
- Incident Management for recording and handling incidents
Careful maintenance of these areas is a prerequisite for ISMS, risk management, audit and other modules to operate efficiently.
