Purpose🔗
Document Management consolidates all policies and evidence in one place.
For each document you can maintain the classification level, status, scope, responsible person, review cycles, and attach files or links.
Usage🔗
- Open the list of policies.
- Click on a policy to open the side panel.
- Use the pencil icon to edit:
- Name and description
- Classification level and status
- Responsible person
- Scope
- Add documents:
- Upload PDF documents via drag & drop, or
- Add links, e.g. to SharePoint or other DMS systems.
- Maintain review cycles (last and next review).
When the next review date is reached, the system automatically sends an email to the responsible person with a direct link to the policy. This ensures that policies and evidence remain up to date and are documented in an audit-proof manner.
